1. Introduction

Welcome to the Community Environmental Protection and Health Foundation (CEPHF). By accessing our website, participating in our programs, volunteering, donating, registering for events, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. About CEPHF

Community Environmental Protection and Health Foundation (CEPHF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability, public health, scientific research, community development, education, advocacy, and humanitarian interventions.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals, institutions, organizations, volunteers, partners, donors, researchers, and community members. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating in any CEPHF program.

4. Use of Our Services

Users agree to:

• Use CEPHF services only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Respect staff, volunteers, beneficiaries, and other participants.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from activities that may disrupt or damage CEPHF operations.

5. Membership

Where applicable:

• Membership is voluntary.
• Members must comply with CEPHF's Constitution, policies, and Code of Conduct.
• Membership may be suspended or terminated for misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or actions that damage the reputation of CEPHF.

6. Volunteer Participation

Volunteers agree to:

• Perform assigned responsibilities diligently.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Respect beneficiaries regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or social status.
• Follow health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
• Understand that volunteering does not constitute employment unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Donations

• Donations made to CEPHF are voluntary.
• Funds received will be used to support the Foundation's charitable objectives.
• Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of proven administrative error.
• CEPHF reserves the right to decline donations that conflict with its mission, values, or legal obligations.

8. Training, Workshops and Events

Participants agree to:

• Register using accurate information.
• Follow event rules and instructions.
• Respect facilitators and fellow participants.
• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
• Understand that certificates may only be issued upon meeting attendance and participation requirements.

9. Research Activities

For research projects conducted or supported by CEPHF:

• Participation is voluntary.
• Informed consent will be obtained where required.
• Personal information and research data will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable ethical standards.
• Participants may withdraw from research activities unless prohibited by approved study protocols.
